*Services*

# Check first, then build.

You don't get slides, you get workflows that run in your systems. And at the end, a team that runs them itself.

*What I build*

## In this order, almost always.

### Integrations

Your systems talk to each other: CRM, ERP, email, spreadsheets, customer portals. Data is no longer typed in by hand, it flows. That is the foundation for everything else.

### Automations

Recurring processes run on their own: creating requests, preparing quotes, reconciling data, sending reports. Traceable, with a log and clear error messages.

### AI agents

Once the data flows, AI takes over the steps that used to need judgment: classifying requests, drafting replies, checking documents. When a person takes a look, we decide together.

### Portals

Where people work with the data, I build portals with Softr: for your customers, who check orders or work out prices, or for your team, who handle requests. Proper interfaces instead of spreadsheets and emails.

---

I build with n8n for connections and processes, with Softr for portals and interfaces, and with Claude Code when custom software is needed. Your problem decides which tool fits, not my preference.

**Level 1 · Automation.** Someone fills in a form, and the data flows straight into a list.

*Fixed rules*

1. **Registration form submitted** (Trigger: Form). Someone registers through a form.
2. **Add to the guest list** (Step: Google Sheets). The form data lands in the list.
3. **Send a confirmation** (Step: Gmail). A confirmation email goes out.

**Level 2 · AI in the process.** Emails arrive in free text. AI reads them and turns them into data.

*AI as one step*

1. **Email arrives** (Trigger: Gmail). Any email comes in.
2. **AI reads the email** (AI agent: Claude). Returns name, guest and answer as fixed fields, not as free text.
3. **Is it a registration?** (Step: Switch). Only registrations go on. Anything else: no action.
4. **Add to the guest list** (Step: Google Sheets). The extracted data lands in the list.
5. **Confirm by reply** (Step: Gmail). The confirmation goes out as a reply to the email.

**Level 3 · AI agent.** Someone chats with an AI agent. The agent decides by itself what to do.

*The agent decides*

1. **Chat on the website** (Trigger: Chat). Someone writes in the chat.
2. **Event agent** (AI agent: Claude, Memory). Understands the request, remembers the conversation and picks the right tool itself.

*Tools: the agent uses them as the case needs, in any order (depending on the case)*

3. **Check the guest list** (Tool: Google Sheets). Reads the list.
4. **Change the guest list** (Tool: Google Sheets). Adds or changes an entry.
5. **Send an email** (Tool: Gmail). Sends a confirmation.

Simplified view of the n8n workflow. From my expert video for BIEG Hessen: the same task in three levels.

*Packages*

## Three packages, one clear way in.

Every project starts with a free 30-minute first call. Afterwards you know whether a package fits, and which one.

### AI readiness check

**€2,900**\
1 to 2 weeks

- Your five most time-consuming processes, in conversation with the people who do them every day.
- An honest assessment: what automation and AI can improve, and what they cannot.
- Result: recommendation, effort and next step, in writing.

### First AI automation

*Best place to start*

**from €9,500**\
approx. 4 to 6 weeks

- One process with n8n or one portal with Softr, end to end.
- With interfaces, tests, documentation and training.
- Runs in your infrastructure or on a server in the EU.

### AI agents and ongoing support

**Price on request**\
8 to 12 weeks

- Several processes, portals and AI agents in your systems.
- Support until your team runs everything itself.

---

All prices plus VAT, for businesses only. Running costs for n8n hosting and AI usage are paid directly to the provider.

*Also*

## Learn, don't just get delivered to.

### 1:1 coaching

**€180 per hour**\
plus VAT, paid when you book

For founders, managing directors and specialists who want to work with AI themselves, for example with Claude Cowork or ChatGPT. On your own example, not the textbook.

### In-house

**Half a day or a full day**\
Price depends on scope, on request

With your team: the basics, your processes, a first workflow built together. Ten years of internal training at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management go into it.

### Talks

**Conferences and company events**\
including Berlin AI Day and No-Code Week 2026
