I speak both languages
I understand what your business unit needs, and what is technically possible. I translate before misunderstandings get expensive.
About me
For ten years I led digital projects at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and managed the service providers. Today I do the work myself, and pass on how it’s done.

Switching sides
From 2014 to 2024 I was at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, first as Website Manager, then as head of the Digital Media team, and finally as Digital Experience Manager. I selected and managed service providers, led teams and mediated between business units and IT.
Three projects shaped me:
What often held me back through all of this: when it came to the actual building, I always depended on someone else, on service providers or on IT.
Today
For a long time I thought interfaces were something for developers. Then I got into them and realized: it’s not rocket science. You need curiosity, persistence and the will to really solve a problem.
Today I build with n8n, Softr and Claude Code. If a solution needs an interface, I set it up. With AI at my side, I always have an expert I can ask. I pass this freedom on: to teams that run their automations themselves, and to the people I coach.

How I work
I understand what your business unit needs, and what is technically possible. I translate before misunderstandings get expensive.
First the interfaces, then the automation, and AI agents last. Starting with the last step means building on sand.
What I build runs in your systems and is documented. Your team learns to run it. Afterwards you don’t need me anymore, and you are still welcome to call.
